Yesterday may have been the 12th (and final) day of Christmas, but as we enter the Day of Epiphany, we recall the gifts that were brought to the Christ-child, as well as the gifts we have received and offered to others. In the mindset of sharing our gifts and spreading the good news, here is a message from Hunter Farrell.
Hunter is the director of Presbyterian World Mission, the work area in which YAV does our ministry. Hunter’s message applies to all of you, who gave and continue to give time, money, energy and prayer toward working toward God’s mission with our brothers and sisters in the U.S. and around the world. One of our current YAV in Peru, Shane Webb, is the subject of Hunter’s discussion.
Thank you for supporting World Mission, and have a blessed New Year!

Hunter adds, “[t]he miracle of the Christ child continues to work wonders around the world today. Because of you, Presbyterian World Mission is privileged to bear witness to this magnificent truth in word and deed. Recently, I returned from a visit to Peru and was overjoyed to see how God’s Spirit continues to work in that country. Ruth and I served for 10 years in Peru and this was my first visit there since accepting the call to serve as director of Presbyterian World Mission. I am sending you this video to give you a brief report on that trip, offer my thanks for your faithful support and wish you a Merry Christmas.” ~Hunter Farrell
